"Not enough towels supplied for the amount of people in the room. The continental breakfast did not include all the food groups. Besides the pool, no exercise facitlites available in the hotel. No cots were available. Vending machine did not work."

"THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY POOR AND THE PLACE WHICH WE TAKE IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND VERY SMALL. OK for the swiming pool. The conditioned air was very noisy in the room. We cannot sleep all the night. The desk's employed cannot speak french (other language in canada)"

"VERY friendly reception. EXCELLENT continental breakfast. BUT, VERY thin blanket on the beds - we all froze!!! We'll be back, but will be asking for some covers!!"

"The garbage can in the room was not emptied from the previous guest. It had empty pop bottles and paper. The ceiling smoke detector would beep when I tuned on the bathroom light and fan. The heater unit (I think has a short) as I could feel a current when I turned the control knobs. I reported all this to the front desk. Also, while the service was professional and friendly, nothing beats a smile and a person. Thanks Mike"
